What is the real issue of the US and North Korean Talk that may or may not occur in Singapore scheduled in June? Kim Jung-Un has an opportunity to secure his regime and to bring prosperity to North Korean people never before possible in Korean history. If accept the denuclearization, he is guaranteed his life and regime safe unlike the fate of Gaddafi of Libya by the US. This guarantee will never be broken. Trump administration has promised. Why has Kim changed abruptly his attitude after he made the second trip to China to have a secret meeting with Emperor Xi? What order had he got from Xi? No one knows what has happened there for now? The summit meeting may not occur unless China accede the US proposal which is best and concrete to both Koreas.

US want no Nuke, economic prosperity, and long lasting peace in Korean peninsula. In order for North Korea to live up to international level, Kim has to open the country and luckily he seems to share the same view. The US basic assumption is this: South Korea has been successful economically by the aid of the US. Some people not agree with this fact. Now US will help the North as she has done the South once no Nuke is accomplished in the North.  This is the TWO KOREAS solution as I alluded in (41). The unification is totally Koreans to decide, but will come as the next step. US hopes the unification with no foreign interference solely decided by Korean people. Kim seemed to agree with the US proposal before the second trip. Kim knows that his regime is numbered with no help from US. There is no bridge to return back.

China does not like the two Korea solution. She does not care about poverty stricken north Korean people. For past 70 years, China has ruled over North Korea as her subject. Pyungyang has to be protected to hide the dirty tricks from the world outside. China might have ordered Kim not to accept the US proposal but to delay it with some ridiculous pretension. Kim knows Moon has no power to resist anything he asks. Moon even could not ask telephone call before his meeting with US. But Kim can do anything concerning North-South relation, because Moon worships Kim.

The White House conference between Trump and Moon today seems to indicate Kim does not have a key to the success of the summit meeting. It is China who does not like to see independent and prosperous Korea at all. Moon is not treated by Emperor Xi as Kim is treated. Moon cannot say anything but to follow Kim’s order. Kim can overrule any agreement made between North and South at any time as is shown.. Moon does not have a gut to protest to him. We don’t know how much money Moon has sent in secret to Kim so far as his predecessors did. Korean people should watch very carefully the money flow.  We know that Hussain Obama sent tons of US cash loaded on the freight airplanes to Iran to make the stupid deal.
